Peas are a great plant-based protein, rich in fibre. Their natural sweetness also helps disguise the rather bland flavour of potatoes. Courgettes are rich in potassium which helps our muscles work well. They are also an excellent source of Vitamin C. This combination is a great way to introduce green veggies into your baby’s diet.
