Facilitating the Sale
Tiny Shopper makes use of PayFast and receives payment directly.
Facilitating the Shipping
A reputable courier is used for all Tiny Shopper orders at no additional charge to you.
Professional Packaging
All Tiny Shopper orders are packaged in a Tiny Shopper branded box supplied by Tiny Shopper to the suppliers.
What is Required from the Supplier?
Shipping Costs
The client is charged upon payment for the courier cost. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Service Charge on Sales
Tiny Shopper will take 15% of every sale (including digital voucher downloads) to cover the costs of the services to the supplier. For suppliers only advertising their services there will be a fixed monthly fee renewable annually.
Service Charge on Listed Services
Tiny Shopper offers a Listed Services option for a monthly fee renewable annually. This includes the logo, contact details and short description of the service provider (for example pediatricians) but no sales are made on the platform.
Returns
Tiny Shopper offers a 14-day return and refund policy. Courier costs for the collection of the goods will be for the customer’s account.
Complaints
Should a customer not be satisfied with a product / service received the supplier will have to resolve the complaint within 14 days. Repeat complaints against a supplier could result in the agreement being terminated.
No Limitations
There is no limitation on what can be offered by each supplier other than it has to be for 0-6 year olds only.
Payments
Suppliers are paid at the end of a 14 day cycle (to allow for returns and refunds) into a South African bank account. Monthly statements reflecting the sales for the month will be issued.
